Our Advertising Media Kit reflects our new ad option for our blog. 

Our newsletter has been migrated into a web based BLOG page with an announcement email which is sent out to members and subscribers telling them that the web site has been updated with the latest news, events and information.  

We are confident that you will enjoy this new format and find the value of advertising with the Northwest Society of Interior Designers once again a superb opportunity.

Further Ad Guidelines

  • Please provide art work to fit the sizes provided
  • Files should be optimized for the web
  • All ads will be displayed as is.
  • Ad quality and color cannot be guaranteed and we cannot guarantee specific placement on the blog.
  • NWSID does not provide design services for ads.
  • When you submit your ad, please include the month(s) your ad should be published.
    Supply the URL you want your ad to link to.
  • All artwork for ads should be emailed by 5th of each month to:

Website and Distribution Stats

  • Our News Announcement email is sent out monthly between the 25th and 31st of each month
  • News Announcement is distributed to 160+ NWSID members
  • Plus 80+ subscribing non members (this list is continuing to grow as we continue to promote our newsletter)
  • Members average open rate is 46.3% - industry average is 6.1%
  •  Subscribers open rate is 28.6%
  • Interior Designers comprise approximately 50% of the combined lists
  • The news and ads are replicated on a dedicated news section on the website
  • Website hits: 38,600 p/month and growing
     


Contract Terms and Conditions

  1. Payments for Ads must be received by the 1st of the month prior to publication.
  2. Make checks payable to NWSID or include Visa # and Expiration date on form below.
  3. Pay with PayPal from our WEBPAGE
  4. All contracts must be signed regardless of payment method.
  5. Unpaid Ads will not be published until payment is received.
  6. A $25 charge will be incurred on all declined credit cards and returned checks.
  7. Discounts apply to signed contracts only and must be paid in advance and in full; 10% on 6 month contract, 15% on 12 month contract.
  8. Invoicing service available upon special request. Discounted rates do not apply for this service. Contact Karen Rankin for more information.
  9. All Ads are subject to review and NWSID Board right of refusal.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Contracts may be cancelled any time before the 1st of the month preceding the issue date.
  2. Cancellation of any portion of the contract voids the discounted rate.
  3. Written cancellation is required.
