NWSID is the leading Interior Design Organization in the Northwest Region. We are dedicated to our members and strive the provide the following:
- To give qualified designers the advantage of belonging to a regional organization for strength and reinforcement in the field.
- To gain from the knowledge and experience of other designers.
- To educate the public and business management as to the need and advantages of employing a designer.
- To uphold and promote business and design ethics.
- To combine efforts with other design groups and related fields to advance the art of Interior Design.
The Northwest Society of Interior Designers views our members as a major part of the Northwest business community and demands that its members share high professional standards, professional design ability and training.
There are four chapters of NWSID in Oregon and Washington: the Puget Sound Chapter, the Eastern Chapter, the Southeastern Chapter, and the Southern Chapter. Each Chapter holds monthly meetings in the evenings at various locations.
We invite you to attend one or two meetings in order to get acquainted with our members prior to joining NWSID. Our meetings are on the second Thursday, 5.30 pm - 8.00 pm every month.
